Terms of service
The terms for using Arkton. Last updated 15 September 2026.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Arkton you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Arkton for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
- An account is for one person. Team plans give each person their own seat.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Plans, payments and credits
- Arkton has a free plan and paid plans. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then does not renew.
- AI credits that come with a plan reset each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy in packs do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- If an AI request cannot finish, the credits it used are returned.
- If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
- If you think you were charged in error, contact us.
4. Using Arkton fairly
Please do not:
- share your account or resell access to Arkton;
- copy, scrape or redistribute lessons, questions, videos or other course material;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
- use the AI features to create misleading profiles or credentials.
5. Your content
What you create or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Arkton for you, including showing the parts of your public profile you choose to publish.
6. Our content
Lessons, practice questions, videos, diagrams and the rest of Arkton’s material belong to Arkton or its licensors. Your plan lets you use them for your own learning.
7. AI features
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them or publish them. They are not professional, legal or career advice.
8. Certifications and exams
Arkton is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce. Salesforce sets and changes its exams, prices and rules. We cannot guarantee that you will pass an exam or get a particular job.
9. Changes to Arkton
We keep improving Arkton, so features may change. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Arkton and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.
11. Liability
Arkton is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use Arkton after that means you accept the new terms.
